Resources (Materials/Texts/Visuals/Technology):

Paper, TV, computer, digital images, glue, scissors, paint, paint cart, drying rack, plastic eyedroppers

Misc:

“Jackson Pollock Paintings”- Students will come up in small groups to create paintings. Using eye droppers, they will squirt paint in lines and splatters on their paper. They need to use at least 4 colors both warm and cool (3 of one and 1 of the other)

“Jackson Pollock Yarn Collages”- Students will create a year collage in the style of Jackson Pollock. They may use any colors they wish (minimum of 4). Great care should be taken in gluing the yarn to the paper. Nice glue lines should be used (NO GLUE PUDDLES)
